Ordre alphabétique. Le panthéon gréco-romain, les lieux mythiques, les animaux et monstres fabuleux, les généalogies complexes, etc. Les mythes grecs sont traités d'une façon plus approfondie parce qu'ils sont passés dans la culture romaine. L'auteur n'a pas cherché à rationaliser le mythe mais d'en présenter les différentes versions qui coesixtent avec la plus connue. Assez bien illustré. Bon ouvrage de vulgarisation mais qui ne se distingue pas vraiment de divers dictionnaires de mythologie antérieurement publiés. [SDM] |
